CHRIS PURDIN has worked as an animator, illustrator, designer and storyboard artist since 1998 for such clients as Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, Laika, NPR, Cap'n Crunch, Honey Nut Cheerios and many others.

He graduated from the Savannah College of Art & Design with a degree in Illustration and tries to bring an illustrative quality to his animation work.

Chris has recently completed five music videos for the children's band Ants Ants Ants and two book covers for the author Scott Ralph.

He spends a lot of time in his basement drawing cartoons that his son, Gus, has lots of opinions about (Gus is almost always right). When he's not in the basement, Chris loves hunting for classic soul records and hiking/canoeing with his family in the sometimes beautiful Pacific Northwest.
